Purchasing extensions - Helpful guidance

When investing in hair extensions, it’s important to consider your desired look, natural hair texture, and volume goals to ensure a seamless and flattering result. Our extensions are designed to enhance your natural beauty by adding fullness, length, and versatility — but achieving your perfect style starts with selecting the right amount and texture for your needs.

To help guide your purchase:

  • For layered or curled styles, we recommend four (4) bundles to achieve a full, voluminous appearance with balanced movement.

  • For a natural blend with your own hair or a more everyday look, three (3) bundles typically provide the ideal amount of fullness.

  • Always consult your stylist or installer before purchasing if you’re unsure which texture, length, or quantity best suits your desired outcome.

Proper care, gentle maintenance, and professional installation will help extend the life of your extensions and maintain their natural luster. Our goal is for every customer to feel confident, radiant, and completely satisfied with their purchase — enhancing, not replacing, their natural beauty.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.

Human hair extensions are considered hygienic products; therefore, all sales are final.

We are not liable for any issues that occur once the product has been chemically altered in any way after delivery. Any modifications made to the extensions after receipt are at the customer’s own risk.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your hair extensions arrive defective or damaged, we are happy to assist with a refund within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

Items must be:

  • Returned within seven (7) days of receipt

  • In their original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags intact

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.​

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status.


If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Processing and Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS. Our standard processing time is 2 full business days to prepare your order before shipping — this includes Next Day Air orders.
The shipping speed you select applies after your order has been processed and refers to the time UPS takes to deliver your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at the address provided during checkout.

During major sales or holidays, please allow up to 4 business days for processing.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Available Shipping Options

We offer the following four UPS shipping options:

  • UPS Ground (1–5 business days) — without Insurance

  • UPS Ground (1–5 business days) — with Insurance

  • Next Day Air — without Insurance

  • Next Day Air — with Insurance

All orders shipped with insurance are fully insured for the entire purchase amount.
If you choose not to purchase insurance, your order will be insured only up to $200.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Please choose your shipping option carefully and consider purchasing insurance to protect your order from unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order.
We cannot change the address once an order is processing or has shipped, and incorrect information may cause delays.
Provide a valid email address and phone number for order updates.

Damage or Loss

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen.
If you encounter such issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order to avoid delivery issues.

If a package is returned due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
